01. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of plugsyby.theholypixel.com (the "site") and to the services offered by Plugsy, the development lab of The Hōly Pixel, operated by The holy Pixel, SA ("we", "us").

By using the site or hiring our services you accept these terms. If a written proposal or contract for your project says something different, that document wins for that project.

02. Our services

We design and build custom WordPress plugins, dashboards, CRMs and AI-powered automations. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are defined in a written proposal that you accept before we start.

03. Quotes and payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 DAYS from the date we send them.
• Unless the proposal says otherwise, projects start with a 50% deposit and the balance is due before launch or delivery of the final files.
• Prices are in the currency stated in the proposal. Taxes, such as IVA in México, are added where applicable.
• Late payments may pause the work until the account is up to date.

04. What we need from you

• Content, access and feedback on time. Delays on your side can move the timeline.
• A recent backup of your site before we install anything on it.
• The rights to any text, images, data or brand material you give us.

05. Changes and extra work

Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it. Small adjustments inside the scope are included.

06. Who owns the code

Once the project is paid in full, you own the custom code we wrote specifically for you. There are no monthly license fees for it.

We keep the rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how, and we give you a permanent license to use them as part of your project. Third-party and open-source components keep their own licenses.

We may show the project in our portfolio. If you prefer that we do not, or that your name is left out, just tell us in writing.

07. How we use AI

We use AI tools to speed up development. Every line we deliver is reviewed and tested by our team before it reaches you.

If your tool includes AI features (summaries, suggestions, automated messages), their outputs can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing them before acting on them or sending them to your customers.

08. Warranty and support

For 30 DAYS after launch we fix, at no cost, any bug in the work we delivered and that is within the agreed scope.

This does not cover changes made by other people, updates to WordPress, themes or third-party plugins, or hosting problems. Ongoing support and new features are available under a separate plan.

09. Free snippets in The Lab

The snippets in The Lab are free to use in personal and commercial projects. They are provided "as is", without warranty or support.

You may not resell or redistribute them as a standalone product or collection. Credit is appreciated but not required.

Donations are voluntary, non-refundable and do not create any service obligation.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, access credentials and data private and use them only for your project. We are happy to sign an NDA if you need one.

11. Cancellation

You can cancel a project at any time by writing to us. Work completed up to that date will be invoiced, and the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE WORK HAS STARTED.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

13. Using the site

Do not misuse the site, try to break its security or copy its content in bulk. The site's design, text and graphics belong to The Hōly Pixel, except the free snippets in The Lab.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of México. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Zapopan or Guadalajara, Jalisco, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be published here with a new date. Projects already signed keep the terms they were agreed under.
