01. Who we are
Plugsy is the development lab of The Hōly Pixel, operated by The holy Pixel, SA, based in Zapopan, Jalisco, México ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through plugsyby.theholypixel.com (the "site") and while we work together.

02. What we collect
When you contact us
- Through the project form: name, email, company (optional), the service you need, budget range and the message you write.
- By email or WhatsApp: your contact details and whatever you choose to share in the conversation.
When you browse the site
- Technical data such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through server logs and cookies.
When we build something for you
- To deliver a project we may need access to your systems (for example, your WordPress database or CRM records). We only use that data to do the work you asked for, following your instructions.
03. How we use it
- To reply to your message and prepare quotes.
- To deliver, support and invoice the services you hire.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
- To keep the site secure and working well.
We do not sell your data. We will not add you to a newsletter or send you marketing emails unless you ask for it.
04. AI and your data
We use AI tools to help us write and review code faster. Your personal data and your clients' data are not entered into AI tools unless it is necessary for your project and you have agreed to it.
When a tool we build for you includes AI features, you choose and approve the provider, and that provider's terms apply to the data the feature processes.
05. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (the checkbox on our form), on the steps needed before or during a contract with you, on our legal obligations, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, these correspond to the legal bases of Article 6 of the GDPR.
06. Who we share it with
We only share data with providers we need to run the site and our work:
- Hosting: Godaddy, where the site and form submissions are stored.
- Email: Godaddy, to receive and answer your messages.
- Google Fonts: when the site loads its fonts, your IP address is sent to Google.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you contact us there.
- PayPal: if you choose to donate, PayPal processes the payment under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
Some of these providers are located outside México, mainly in the United States. We choose providers that offer adequate protection for international transfers.
07. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the site and the contact form to work securely.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
08. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not become a project: up to 12 MONTHS, then deleted.
- Client and billing records: for as long as we work together and afterwards for the period required by tax and commercial laws.
- Access to your systems: removed when the project or support plan ends, or earlier if you ask.
09. Your rights
Under Mexican law you can access, rectify, cancel or oppose the use of your personal data (ARCO rights), revoke your consent and limit how we use or disclose it.
If you are in the EU or UK you also have the rights to erasure, restriction, data portability and to file a complaint with your data protection authority.
To exercise any right, email hola@theholypixel.com with the subject "Privacy request", tell us what you need and include a way to verify your identity. We will reply within the timeframes set by applicable law.
10. Security
We use HTTPS, restricted access, regular updates and backups to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but if we detect a breach that affects you, we will let you know without undue delay.
11. Minors
The site and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version here with a new date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
